How WarZone 40k and 30k Came to Be…….

The Team below has been working closely to find away to put the Houston area on the map as a destination for the Warhammer World to stop at. Well we think we have found it!! With the help of DeltaHCon Anime Convention we are able to have over 5,000 square feet of gaming space for the WarZone Houston 40k and 30k GT. We are also working with ITC Frontline Games to become a Major Scoring Event in the Circuit. With enough tables to have over 80 players between the 40k and 30k event. We are also staying at the Westchase Marriot in Houston so people from out s town/state will be able to stay in the Hotel so they don’t have to brave the treacherous Houston traffic.

Meet the Team

Write something about the people who make your business go or your philosophy behind customer service.
Why? Because people want to know who they’re doing business with. It’s a human thing.

Allan Bailey

Allan has been playing Warhammer 40k and Warhammer 30k for over 20 years. Having been in the community for a long time and playing the game for as long as he has he has seen the game evolve and change. Allan started playing at the tail end of second edition. Like most players he has seen the highs and lows of the game. He still plays the game regularly and has come to be recognized as one of the great TOs of the Houston area. He has taken an approach to try and balance the game through having people from all over the U.S.A in help grading lists to bring a more balanced game to the Houston area.

John Owens

John much like Allan has been playing Warhammer 40k and 30k for over 25 years. He was formally a Manager of Games Workshop in the Houston area. Given the time with the community and working at Games Workshop he also has seen the game evolve from Second Edition. He also has taken a unique approach to lowering the overall competitiveness of some of the lists we see day to day in the community. John is also one of the great TOs in the Houston area. He tries new things such as ETC, Swiss Comp, etc as well as letting people play what they want by saying no regulation to the rules.
